Proposal Template for Clients
A two-line offer you can send a client: your own setup fee on one line, the client's subscription at the published plan price on the other.
Two lines you can paste into an email or a quote when you offer NovixAgent AI to a client: the first is your own setup work and your own price, the second is the subscription the client pays us. Two lines keep apart two payments that go to two different parties. How the program works day to day is on the Partner Program page.
The template
Copy this into your email and replace what is in square brackets:
1. Setup, one time: [your setup fee] for installing and configuring the assistant on [client's website domain]. Paid to [your name or company].
2. Subscription: the [plan name] plan at [price from the pricing page] per [month or year]. Paid by the client to NovixAgent AI with the client's own card.
Line 1: your setup fee
You set this amount, and you agree it with the client directly. NovixAgent AI takes no part in it and does not collect it. You invoice it from your own account; Your fee for the setup work says more. If you do not charge for the setup, write that on this line.
Line 2: the subscription
Name the plan you chose when you invited the client, and take its price from the pricing page on the day you send the offer. Do not type a price you have not read there: the amount the client pays is the one Stripe calculates when the client confirms. The client pays NovixAgent AI for the plan with the client's own card after accepting your invitation, and you do not pay for it. Your commission on that payment is separate; How you are paid describes it.
