We built NovixAgent AI because the AI chatbots we kept running into were mostly terrible — hallucinating policies, leaking off-brand, and requiring a six-week onboarding to do the obvious things.

I built NovixAgent as a reliable, full-featured AI agent for websites — bringing grounded answers, lead capture, voice, live chat with automatic translation, booking, and multilingual conversations into one product. The goal is simple: give every business an agent that can do more than chat and still stay accurate.
Most AI agents on websites do one of two things: they invent answers outside the source content, or they are so locked down they become an FAQ with extra steps. Neither is useful, and both erode trust with your customers.
The gap between “demo that works in a sales pitch” and “agent that answers real customers accurately” is much larger than vendors admit.
NovixAgent AI is a standalone AI agent that lives on your website via a single <script> tag. It reads your content, answers in your visitors' language, shows its sources when a reply is grounded, and captures leads in the conversation — not behind a form.
We've been obsessive about three things: honesty (answers grounded in your content, with source citations and an explicit “I don't know” when the answer isn't there), speed to value (live in minutes, not in weeks), and your bill (flat plan pricing starting at $29/mo, not per-resolution surprise invoices).
Operators who run a website and want it to work without them. Founders launching a SaaS who can't hire five support reps. E-commerce owners who lose sales to unanswered product questions. Clinics who want to stop answering "what are your hours" a hundred times a day.
Flat plan pricing. $29/mo to $399/mo depending on monthly message volume. Plans do not limit how many websites sit under one account — each website is billed on its own plan. See pricing.
We're not a "contact sales for pricing" company and we're not priced per resolution — two things that tend to blow up customers' spend in unpredictable ways.
We don't ask you to take our word for it: each of these claims links to the place you can confirm it yourself.

Getting an AI agent onto your site should not take a six-week 'implementation partner'. Most sites are live in minutes; if yours takes weeks, we built it wrong.
For the operator who wants their website to work at 2 AM — not for a 500-seat enterprise stacking 50 integrations they won't use.
