- Where is the login page?
- Open “Sign in & account access” in the footer of the site's pages and click Sign in. It opens the single login screen for your account — there's no separate URL to remember.
- I forgot my password.
- On the login screen click “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and check your inbox for a reset link. The link expires after a short while, so use it promptly.
- I don't have an account yet.
- Pick a plan on the pricing page to create one. Plans start at $29/mo, and Starter, Pro, and Business each include a 7-day free trial — a card is required to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
- Can I manage more than one website?
- Yes. A single account can hold as many websites as you add, and each website has its own plan. After signing in, switch between them from the Workspaces section of your dashboard — each has its own content, leads, analytics, and widget settings.
- I belong to more than one account — how do I move between them?
- Sign in once with your own email; there is no second login. In your dashboard go to Account → “Accounts you belong to”. The accounts you are part of are listed by name, marked if it is your own, marked if it is the one you are working in right now, and labelled with how far your access reaches there — the websites of the account in full, or the number of individual websites shared with you. You switch between the ones you own, and your websites, billing and team follow the account you are working in. An account somebody invited you to works differently: you do not switch into it, you simply see the websites its owner shared with you alongside your own.
- How do I leave an account somebody invited me to?
- From the same list: each account that is not your own carries a Leave button, and leaving ends your access to it immediately. The owner can invite you again afterwards, but the access you had is not restored — it is granted afresh. An account you own is not offered a Leave button, because an account needs an owner; hand ownership to another member of it first, and you can then leave what is no longer yours.
- What is my account called, and can I change it?
- An account has a name. It is what your teammates see in their own “Accounts you belong to” list, and what tells two accounts apart when you run more than one. The account’s owner sets it in the dashboard under Team, at the top of the screen — click the pencil beside the name, type the new one and save. Renaming changes only the name: the same websites, conversations, leads and billing stay where they are.
- How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
- In your dashboard go to Account → Profile → Two-Factor Authentication, scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or another TOTP app), and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. After that, signing in with your password asks for your code, and Continue with Google is refused — sign in with your password and code instead.
- How do I sign out?
- Use the logout option in the user menu inside your dashboard. On shared or public computers, sign out when you're done.
