What NovixAgent AI does and how to set it up in 15 minutes.

Where to paste the embed snippet — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom HTML.

Crawling, typed notes and file uploads — three ways to feed the agent.

How the agent finds a passage, the sources it shows, and what it does when it has no answer.

How lead intent detection works and how to forward leads to your CRM.

Proactive follow-ups on quiet leads and appointment reminders — by email or AI voice call, sent as your business.

Plan limits, upgrades, capacity packs, refunds.

Voice input (STT) and voice output (TTS) — when and how to enable.

Appearance, welcome experience, tone, language, and voice — per website.

Lead delivery (webhooks, Slack), scheduling, commerce, and custom actions.

What the assistant asks a visitor who wants to be contacted, the lead form fields, and where new leads go.

Send the leads a lead form captures to Zapier, Make, n8n, your CRM or any HTTPS address, signed so your receiver can verify it.

Post the leads your lead forms capture to a Slack channel, connected with one sign-in.

Let visitors book a meeting in the chat through Cal.com or Calendly.

Answer "where is my order?" from your Shopify store, with read-only access.

Let the assistant call your API or show a link of yours, with no code.

Let visitors upload a PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, or TXT in chat — instant translation quote, resume screening, summary, document checklist, or your own template.

Let customers' AI assistants find your business, ask it questions, send enquiries and book, with the actions you allow, from the AI agents on your site tile.

Why AI agents need a verified domain, and how to prove it with a DNS record, a file or a tag on your home page.

Connect an AI assistant you use to read your leads, conversations and analytics, and to suggest knowledge base changes you approve.

Create, narrow, roll and revoke API keys, manage connected AI apps, and call the API from your own software.

How plans, monthly messages, daily limits and request rates apply to AI agents on your site, your AI assistant and the API.

Your agent's persona, tone, guardrails, and knowledge scope.

Conversation volume, top questions, knowledge gaps, and lead sources.

Connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger — one agent, one knowledge base, one message quota.

Customer-visible abuse protection, access transparency, backups, monitoring, and recovery.

Real-time human chat inside the same widget — inbox, working hours, saved replies, transcripts, CSAT.

Answer visitors in their own language — incoming messages arrive in the language you read, replies go out in theirs. Runs in the operator's Chrome, on-device.

Invite teammates to answer live chats, and run the account itself — per-website access, section permissions, seats, renaming, handing ownership over, and switching between accounts.

Symptom-by-symptom fixes — widget not showing, wrong answers, failed crawls, payments, uploads, voice, leads, and what every status means.

How the partner program works: the two ways to take part, the demo site, inviting clients, and where your earnings are.

A two-line offer you can send a client: your own setup fee on one line, the client's subscription at the published plan price on the other.

Profile, password and two-factor sign-in, team members, multiple workspaces, support access, data export.

Deeper widget theming — colour and brand-asset tokens, and white-label.

Visitors call your team from the widget — setup, what visitors see, answering in the dashboard, timings.

How we collect, use, and protect personal data.

The agreement between us and the company that holds a NovixAgent AI account, and the terms for visitors who chat with the assistant.

What we store in your browser and why.

How long each kind of data is kept, and what happens when the period ends.

GDPR Article 28 processor terms, accepted for the company when its account is created.

The binding terms of the NovixAgent AI partner program: commission, payouts, demo sites, client access and suspension.

How AI-generated text and audio are marked, and how software can detect and check the mark.
