Install in 3 steps

Create a Zapier 'Catch Hook' trigger
In Zapier: New Zap → Trigger → Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook → copy the URL.

Paste the URL as a lead webhook in NovixAgent AI
Dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks → click Configure on the row of the lead form → choose Zapier → paste the Zapier URL.

Map fields to Google Sheets
Add a Google Sheets 'Create Spreadsheet Row' action; map the visitor's details from formData (name, email, phone and any custom fields you collect), plus sessionId and timestamp, to your sheet's columns.
