OAuth-connect Calendly and book inside the conversation.

Connect Calendly with one click of OAuth — the agent then offers live slot availability and books the visitor without leaving the conversation. Bookings count toward your plan quota (100 / mo on Pro, 500 / mo on Business). As soon as you finish OAuth, NovixAgent AI runs a dry-run booking and shows 'Connected' or a clear reason if something's off — including Calendly billing prerequisites if your account hasn't enabled the Scheduling API.

Install in 3 steps

Connect Calendly via OAuth
Dashboard → Integrations → Calendar Booking → choose Calendly → 'Connect Calendly'. NovixAgent AI authorises against your workspace; no API keys to paste, no tokens to manage.

Pick the event type
After OAuth, NovixAgent AI lists your event types, inactive ones marked as such. Pick the one the agent should book into; the bookings it takes land on that event type.

Auto-verify on save
On save, NovixAgent AI fires a dry-run booking attempt. If that check finds a problem (expired Calendly trial, missing scope, billing required), you see a precise error link in the integrations panel; fix it once, and the agent is live.

Calendly Scheduling API is a paid tier on Calendly's side — if your Calendly trial expires, the integrations panel shows it at the next health check (run after you connect and on a six-hour schedule) instead of the agent failing silently on a real lead.
