Cal.com integration

Book meetings from inside the chat — open-source Cal.com.

When a visitor asks for a call, the agent checks live availability on your Cal.com account, offers up to 5 open slots, and confirms the booking inside the chat, without sending the visitor to a separate scheduler page; if Cal.com is unreachable, the agent offers your fallback booking link when one is set up. Bookings count toward your plan quota (100 / mo on Pro, 500 / mo on Business). Connection happens via Cal.com API key — paste it once, pick the event type from a dropdown, you're live.

Setup guide

Install in 3 steps

Create a Cal.com API key
In Cal.com, open Settings → Developer → API keys and click + Add. Give the key a name, set an expiry if you want one, and save. Copy it right away — Cal.com only shows it once.

Paste it into NovixAgent AI
Dashboard → Integrations → Calendar Booking → choose Cal.com → paste the API key → click 'Verify & load event types'. NovixAgent AI fetches your event-type list and shows it as a dropdown.

Pick the event type and go live
Choose which event type bookings should land on. The agent immediately starts offering slots from that calendar — quota enforced per plan.

Cal.com OAuth (instead of an API key) is planned. If Cal.com says the slot was just taken, the agent tells the visitor and checks availability again to offer another time, without the visitor losing their place.
