It reads your leads, conversations, analytics, knowledge base and live chats, can ask your assistant questions, and can suggest knowledge base changes. It does not message your customers, change settings or delete data, and a suggestion does not change what your visitors see until you approve it. It is available on each plan; reading conversations needs the Conversations analytics tab and reading live chats needs Live Agent.
