Webhooks integration

Real-time lead delivery — HMAC-signed, retried, dead-lettered.

Each lead captured by a lead form you give a webhook address fires a POST to that URL alongside the email notification; a lead created from a booking is not sent. Payloads are HMAC-SHA256 signed (verify with your secret). A delivery that fails after three quick attempts is parked in a persistent dead-letter queue and retried after 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours, then abandoned. Additional events (conversation lifecycle, escalations, crawl completion) are planned.

Add a webhook URL to an integration
Dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks → click Configure on the row of the lead form → choose the receiver → paste the URL. Today the shipped event is `lead.captured`.

Verify signatures
Every request carries an `X-NovixAgent-Signature: sha256=<hex>` header plus an `X-NovixAgent-Timestamp`. Recompute HMAC-SHA256 over `<timestamp>.<body>` with your secret, compare in constant time, and reject on mismatch or if the timestamp is older than 5 minutes.

Dedupe and handle retries
Every attempt carries an `X-NovixAgent-Webhook-Id` header — a fresh UUID for that attempt, so a retry of the same delivery arrives with a new one. De-duplicate on the payload, not on that header. After three quick attempts a failed delivery is parked in a dead-letter queue and retried at growing intervals (5 min → 30 min → 2 h → 12 h → 24 h), then abandoned; while it is still pending you can retry or skip it from the dashboard.

Roadmap events: conversation.ended, escalation.raised, crawl.finished, limit.reached.
