Setup guide

Install in 3 steps

Create a webhook in your Discord channel
Channel Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook. Pick the channel captured leads should land in, then copy the webhook URL.

Point lead delivery at it
Dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks → click Configure on the row of the lead form → choose Discord in the receiver list → paste the Discord webhook URL. Choosing Discord fills in the placeholder and the setup link for you.

Watch the channel
Each lead captured on that form posts straight to the channel, headed by the form it came from and listing one line per answered question under the field labels you chose (blank answers are left out, and a very long lead is cut at Discord's 2,000-character limit). Mentions inside visitor-typed text are suppressed, so a lead can never ping @everyone.

Today only `lead.captured` is shipped. Conversation / escalation events are on the roadmap.
